Med eTech Innovation runs pivotal Phase II and Phase III clinical trials for pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology sponsors. Every study is run to ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice (GCP), backed by our dDIB digital tools and preclinical and early-phase depth when your programme needs it. Based in Dundee, delivering internationally.
Pivotal Phase II and Phase III delivery is our core. What sets us apart is the depth behind it: preclinical formulation, PK studies and early-phase work, so sponsors keep one partner from bench to bedside.
Med eTech Innovation provides pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies with a responsive and flexible development service. Our management team brings decades of clinical trial experience and global relationships with key opinion leaders to deliver studies on time and within budget.
Our unique business model combines commercial CRO services with a commitment to global health access and equity. For neglected global diseases in low and middle-income countries, we seek cost recovery, not profit. This dual approach gives sponsors access to world-class infrastructure while supporting some of medicine's most underserved populations.
All drug discovery and preclinical work up to Phase I PK/PD is undertaken through our Canadian research partners, leveraging world-class facilities and expertise at the University of British Columbia and the University of Saskatchewan.
Our quality and governance framework aligns with key international standards, including ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 13485 (Medical Devices), ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 14155 (Clinical Investigations of Medical Devices) and ISO 14971 (Medical Device Risk Management).
Integrated discovery-to-development. Pre-clinical lab, PK studies, Phase I-IV human trials, all under one roof.
Ensuring life-saving treatments reach populations in low and middle-income countries who lack access to essential medicines. We run neglected-disease trials at cost recovery, not commercial profit: the same rigorous quality, delivered at humanitarian pricing.
Proprietary digital tools for clinical data capture, study performance, PI identification, site selection, and patient cohorts.
Led by Director Prof. Christene Leiper and Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Kishor Wasan, co-inventor of Oral Amphotericin B (OAmB) with 550+ publications.
From molecule to market. Three integrated capabilities that cover the full spectrum of clinical development.
Pivotal Phase II and Phase III trials are our specialism, with Phase I and Phase IV support available. We also provide pre-clinical laboratory space for drug discovery, formulation, and delivery, PK animal studies, and early-phase human safety and efficacy work including biodistribution studies. Full-service: from study design through to study close-out and post-marketing.
Class I through Class III device studies across ophthalmology, endocrinology, respiratory, neurology-stroke, and peripheral interventions. Software-enabled clinical solutions for all your trial requirements, covering the full device classification spectrum.
Developed through Onorach Innovation, our parent technology company, dDIB (Digitally Doing It Better) is a proprietary suite of digital tools tackling the five critical areas where CROs under-deliver: clinical data capture, study performance optimisation, PI identification, site selection, and patient cohort identification. AI-powered software reducing cost, saving time, and improving data quality across the trial lifecycle.
Deep domain knowledge from our leadership team and global network of investigators. Active and completed work across these areas.
